When you take the Rooted Leader Assessment we collect your name, your email address, your answers to the assessment items, and the optional context you choose to share, such as age, field of work, leadership role, organization, race or ethnicity, and your reason for taking the assessment. Every one of those context questions is optional.

We use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you requested from us, including generating and sending your results.

We also study assessment responses in de-identified, aggregate form to understand how the instrument performs and how leaders grow through training. Your name and email are never published or included in that research reporting.

We ask for two separate permissions before you begin. The first allows us to store and process your personal data so we can give you your results, which is required for the assessment to work. The second, which is entirely optional, allows us to contact you about our products, services, and other content that may interest you.

You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect the delivery of results or other messages you specifically request.

Individual responses are visible only to authorized facilitators and administrators of The Mahogany Projek. We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers only to the extent needed to operate the assessment, such as hosting, database, and email delivery providers.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
